Ok, you need to go to the game pages of games you own, like Halo 3?

All the way down on the left side of the page, are options to add the game to your collection, wishlist, watch list ect, once you've added any game from a console, the badge will be under your name

Oh and it was me that got badges implemented, I don't get enough praise for it IMO
