Forums - Microsoft - Friendslist increase is coming

Hey guys,

Major Nelsons podcast is very interesting this week. They were doing a show live at PAX and one guy from the audience asked about an upcoming friendslist increase and the answer was no confirmation in the classic sense, but it did not leave any doubts as well. The friendslist increase is coming 100%.

I have no source except the podcast. Listen to it, it is worth it.

Other than that ther might be an option to organise your friends as well. So facebook friends, clan members, regular gaming buddies etc

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Well my list is not full but it is welcome :).

I'm just excited about the USB memory stick support being added on the next update.

MS ending dependence on their over priced hard drives is great!

i used to have around 80 friends. it is very annoying to see that so and so friend icon is online every other minute.

Not a 360 fanboy, just a PS3 fanboy hater that likes putting them in their place ^.^

of course more is better in this sense, but over 100 friends?

You can turn that off.

We need folders!

Cool, I've probably deleted over 100 friends of my friends list to make room.  This update will be a welcome addition.

Man thats a lot of friend list notification pop ups!

I guess this really does mean the original XBox held back the 360 in terms of friend list caps.

I'm gonna miss playing some of the original XBox games online tho :( Even if it meant only facing one other person in Phantom Dust.

It's just that simple.
