Dreamcast games are supposed to be coming to PSN at some point anyway, so If this is true... they've really made there decision. I would guess right now Sony are working on PS2 and Dreamcast emulation.

Sega actually brings a lot more games to XBLA. Sonic Adventure is supposed to be coming soon. Its probably best they don't side with any console because seem to a have different success on each console.

For what benefit?

Nintendo gets very little from Sega that it doesn't already get from Sega as a 3rd party developer already.

Sega actually loses out a bit if they start only making games for the Nintendo/Sega console.

Nintendo and Sega together would be a force to be reckoned with. Nintendo has certain genres of games under their little fingers, and Sega has a good hold on genres that Nintendo has not devoted as much time to.

On top of Nintendo's library range, Sega would add the sports, fighting, and RPG genres, plus more (Yes I know Nintendo works on these genres too, but adding a Sega aspect could be very beneficial)

They're doing fine. Would like to see more PS3 games from them. Really didn't like Valkyria Chronicles but can't wait to get my hands on Yakuza.

I'm not a fan but they would be better off with Sony because of the Yakuza 3 and VC sales. All the multiplatforms have sucked.

Sega is more than just Yakuza and Valkyria Chronicles at this point.
