Its going to need support from the dvd makers to support the format of movies

I have no clue but I dont care if it does or not. I buy systems for games not for all the other crap they choose to put in it.

could do even if nintendo don't do it themselves I can see movie studios putting 3d movies on 3DS carts and releasing them as long as the tech allows that kind of thing and I don't see why not. My main problem with 3D atm is the glasses but I probably wouldn't buy more than 1 movie anyway lol.

Even if it has, it won't be a flagship feature imo.

While there is probably a small market of people who would be highly interested in a portable system that played 3D movies, and most people might use the feature a couple of times, I don’t really see it as being something Nintendo would focus on. With that said, I wouldn’t be that surprised if Nintendo has strategic partnerships with a variety of companies that have a different focus than Nintendo does; and one of them (possibly someone like Netflix) might be looking to create a service to deliver 3D movies to the 3DS.
