Why would the 250gb version of the PS3 cost more, if it only comes with 3D Batman AA and some extra storage? Would they really charge $100 for 130gb of HD space (they aren't MS with their proprietary system) and a year old game? |
it says 250 gigs. ps eye+move controllers. little big planet+ batman 3-D...thanks for reading

Actually, I was comparing it to your other deal:
"-120 gig PS3 bundled with Move, and LittleBigPlanet for $300
-250 gig PS3 bundled with Move, LittleBigPlanet, and 3-D version of Batman AA for $400"
All that the 2nd one has is 130gb of extra storage and 3-D version of Batman AA. Why would that, a year old game and 130gb storage, cost an extra $100, compared to the other deal? So, why do you think they would put the first at $300, and then just that little bit of extra stuff at $100 premium.

ah ok sorry for snapping at you. 120 gigs plus a 60 dollar game is more more value than 100 dollars. sony would obviously do this for more money because HDD doesnt cost them nearly as much for what they sell it for... |
No problem, I probably should have mentioned in the first post that I was referring to your $300 deal, as opposed to the current $300 "deal" (though it's just the console now, not a deal or bundle really).
I am still curious though. I understand $50 for the HDD (that is what they are doing now, though I often see bundles for that extra $50, or €50 here. I got 250gb + 2 games, R&C: ACIT and NFS: Shift, for €350 after my 60gb died). The game is what interests me more, seeing as it will be a year old. Presumably it won't have to be re-released in 3D, so it should be a budget game by then, which is normally €30 or so after a year. KZ2 is €25 now generally.
