The better game of the too is questionable, but I when it comes to sixaxis use, it's not even a contest.

Flower was purely tilt. Folklore used pretty much every single movement you could think to use with the sixaxis.

I know flower was more a 4 axis than the full six that's why I too voted for Folklore.  Too bad making the poll doesn't give me a special vote.  But glad to see it as #2
