Actually you should play Gears of War 2, but since you havent played it in awhile you should just restart it. Its not a very long game, but its one you need to finish. Then play Batman AA after that

I'd play MW2 but since its not on their I'd say GOW2.

Get some buddies over, get really drunk go to the strip club then come back and beat God of War II so you can play God of War III.

Why not finish Gears 2? You should be able to knock it out and then move on to something else.

If the Missus likes the Bioshock music then there's no particular urgency to playing that in her absence. I think you should have a break from GoW. If you don't think it's a brilliant game then you will get GoW burnout if you play II straight after the original. Best to take your time getting through GoW II and III, that way you'll get maximum enjoyment out of them. You've already played ME2 so do you really want to use a free weekend to re-play a game? You got pissed off at Deadly Premonition on your first attempt, it's a risky proposition to pick it up again. Arkham Assylum is sitting there ready to be played again and you know you like it.

So it seems like you should finish off Gears 2. Then because all the other games have reasons for you not to play them other than Arkham Assylum it seems sensible to give Batman another hit out.

Personally next bachelor weekend I get I'll be playing Demon's Souls.

The people have spoken and it looks like it's God of War 2.

To break things up I'll probably finish Gears of War 2 in there at some point just because I really need to and if I encounter another puzzle as frustratingly awful as the God-damned spike puzzle in God of War I'll just rage quit and move onto Batman.

Fuck...thinking about that spike puzzle has me angry again.  I was actually talking to another buddy who is playing through God of War for the first time and he did rage quit there.

I actually brought up a YouTube video of someone playing it after I failed at it for an hour and the time limit on the puzzle is variable!  Why the fuck would anyone do that!  How stupid can you be!?  Ugh, that was just so shitty and they even knew it because they gave you a silver trophy for suffering though it.  I would rather skip adding the trophy and make it a constant time and give me another second.
