I'm aiming to get through my first playthrough will all the characters alive. My question is if I manage to succeed in ALL the QTEs will I be able to achieve that or not? No I'm not going to go back and redo a chapter during my first playthrough but I wanna make sure everyone is alive by the ending.

if you play the game on easy you will be able to manage all the QTEs

Yes, not failing any of the QTEs will keep each character alive, but sometimes there are decisions to make. These decisions can affect outcomes even though you "pass" the QTEs. It's not a black and white game in that aspect and, to me, one small part of what makes it great.
