One question before starting Heavy Rain

I'm aiming to get through my first playthrough will all the characters alive. My question is if I manage to succeed in ALL the QTEs will I be able to achieve that or not? No I'm not going to go back and redo a chapter during my first playthrough but I wanna make sure everyone is alive by the ending.
