Sorry by misleading title, yes all this is speculation of course, but some truth based on it.

Since the Sharp 3D LCD is an autostereoscopic screen, it just posted a video of such screen too.

while everyone seems to be drooling for the 3D tech, I'm more interesting the the machines 3D graphics capability, I mean what's the point of 3D when eveyrthing is low rez and pixilated?

It's rumored to have gamecube-like power, not current DS graphics.

No, but if you move it from side to side of course you'll have a slightly different perspective.

Is yet to be known whether this thing got a long range of angle perspective like the TV in the OP or not.

And this comment assumes that said technology will be used in the 3DS, which makes this post a speculation over speculation.
