Considering Namco's already hurting for money, and their quality issues have been a major problem for a while now, it's not much a surprise that the game didn't sell up to expectations. I know they've got a larger worker force than what they have on this team (apparently milking Tales games out like clockwork with shoddy issues isn't enough), but they didn't feel like putting the effort into it.
So no, the next one will most likely be multiplat, if only considering it's a cheap way to make an extra buck. Exclusives are dying, and there's really little proof that the extra work isn't worth the port. That's like saying that Bayonetta should of stayed on the 360. From a monetary standpoint, it's a dumb thing to do.
