Its not in SCEE DNA to go out and buy 2billion plus company. If you want Rockstar you have to acquire 2K. Sure they have great studios but they make games for all platforms, but if Sony buys them, it would be 2 platform, counting PSP. That means a lot of people would have to lose their job.
Sony already has over 20 first party studios. Rockstar addition would give Sony its HALO in GTA but i dont think its worth to spend 2 billion on 2K. Its not Sony like to do that
