and the question doesn't say of today either. :P Also much of the landscape hasn't changed in Jerusalem from when it is set till now.

hmmm sim city the sims? civilization 1-4? so many possibilities. GTA might be good for urban areas us as well as other major cities but I think we could find better or at least a more creative metaphor.
