@bolded

thats actually one of my favorite things about it, it brings more suspense !

Interesting way to looks at it, so your saying that it was intentional

Got to admit.....it did bring more suspense (guess that one is off then)

of course it was intentional.

Every RE is that way.

Yeah, but you couldn't aim with the second analog stick in the old REz

because the camera wasn't behind you.

RE4 was behind the back and was set up the same way...

We are talking about the "old" RE

Well considering it was my comment that started it, we're talking about you just discovering now that it was intentional :P It seemed as if you've never experiened it before, thats all I meant. I've played every RE besides the wii ones.

First it was severance comment not urs :P

secondly the old RE games had a fixed camera so u cant move and shoot (same with Dino Crisis u can hold the gun and move but need

to stop and shoot coze u need to use the directional buttons for the aim) it wasn't for the suspense

That's why u RE4 comment sounded like RE always had the camera behind the player

Severance point was they kept it that way in RE4,5 was for the suspense factor

Edit: the next one will sell less, I know a lot of people who was disappointed that it turned into a shooter game, unless they go back to the original formula.

You are right after RE4 became a shooter RE5 will probably not sell well at all.  That is what you meant, right?

I rate RE5 an "Awesome".  It defies the numbers scale.

Yeah RE4 did start that path, bu RE5 carried it on even futher RE5 is not even as scary as it used to be, I prefer RE4 over RE5, but old style RE >> RE 4 >> RE5

it's the future of handheld

They don't allow you to run and shoot because Capcom wanted you to fumble with the controls. No pun intended :) Capcom did it on purpose to increase the tension of when you were surrounded by enemies. You make mistakes, turning, or moving in a haphazard way. I enjoyed the game, well made with some standout moments. It isn't as good as the fourth one, but the Resident Evil franchise it still a quality series. Capcom haven't ruined it...yet.
