Even though this game SUCKED, I thought Ju-On: The Grudge was pretty scary

I have never played all of the Wii line-up, but I did see that the Wii had ported the GameCube version of Resident Evil REmake. And that's the one game, next to Maniac Mansion when I was 8 years old, that actually had me really freaked out. Mostly because I didn't want to go through a door and have a Crimson Zombie jump on my back or a Cerberus jump out a window at me suddenly.

If it is at all possible, get the Gamecube version of Resident Evil 1. It still works on the Wii and I'm sure you will not be let down.

I have played Resident Evil 1,2,3,4,5,C.V,0,both Chronical games, and I have the Wii version of Resident Evil 1 which is the G.C version so yeah I have Resident Evil coverd trust me R.E is my favorite franchise of all time besides Pikmin.

Wow!  I'm a huge RE fan but you beat me out.  I've avoided the two Chronicle games (not a fan of rail shooters).  But, since you've played RE5, is there any way that you could consider playing Silent Hil: Homecoming or Condemned on one of the HD consoles?  If not, I've heard a lot of good things about Silent Hill Shattered Memeries on the Wii (I may buy that game today).  It's the obvious answer.

Avoid Obscure: Aftermath like the plague!  I bought it a while back for about $20 and it wasn't worth it.

Too bad Fatal Frame V wasnt released in the West. I bet its better than all other horror games on Wii (except RE4 of course), and scarier than Shattered Memories.

Havent played it of course, but its got high production values and received positive reviews including an 8/10 from Edge.

^^^I wanted Fatal Frame so badly, too! I love games with female protagonists AND I love a good horror game. It's a pity that some of the other crap gets released but a quality game like that gets snubbed.
