Forums - Microsoft - Perfect Dark hits 100,000 people one the leaderboard

At $10, that means it made over $1 million in about 2.5 days for a 10 year old game.

Thats just the start to.
There will be more (blood) and sales.

It's just that simple.

Great hopefully it sells enough for another perfect dark.

Will be buying this sometime through the week

It would be nice if it gets some (free) DLC. Additional RARE characters/maps as an example (conker, Banjo and Kazooie etc.

What is interesting is that Perfect Dark Zero does things few FPS's on the 360 currently have. I believe you get 4 player split screen AND bots also, in coop mode, so four people split-screen can compete against bots, while on the same team.

My favourite game of all timel. I should definitely buy this - even if it's just to supoport it. I don't like reviewers who say"shoes how far FPSs have evolved", Perfect Dark had ideas and features which I still haven't seen done better since. I think it's the best FPS ever made. The only problem with it was the framerate.

It'll probably have at least 500k sales lifetime if it has legs.

Tease.

Its sales velocity is similar to BF1943. It should pass 1 million LTD at some point late this year.

Leaderboards don't quite equate to sales (as there can be dupes and multiple entries per sales), but given the actual gamercards, its probably close.

Back from the dead, I'm afraid.

I'm rather surprised. I didn't expect there to be a large enough base on 360 that even knew what Perfect Dark was. I mean obviously everyone knows what Goldeneye is but not this one. I guess I really always envision the 360 gamers as more "new" gamers or from this past decade. Great to see it getting some attention though. Might buy it one day too.
