Forums - Nintendo - Prince of Persia : This is how you make a multi game on the Wii!

I completely agree with you, this game looks really good and that's how you make a multiplatform Wii game (as you said). I will probably buy the x360 version and the Wii version.

i wonder if wii owners will gobble this up...or throw it out...we will see.....but for now, its looking great on the wii

I'm naturally suspicious of movie tie-ins, especially for the Wii, but this might actually work.

But the movie is the tie-in. The game looks to be just another in the series.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Game looks great

This might be an okay game. Think of an easy Sands of Time with the Sand Powers. High production this is not. Looking at the game there isn't any use of the TEV. All the colours, textures look bland all the details and shadows are based on already detailed and shadow maps. This game was made quickly to cash in on cash. The only reason why this might be any good is because the engine was already on the Wii and GC.

I'm giving this game as about 200k, and around 70-80 on rating.

Squilliam: On Vgcharts its a commonly accepted practice to twist the bounds of plausibility in order to support your argument or agenda so I think its pretty cool that this gives me the precedent to say whatever I damn well please.

Might get it as a bargain bin pick up. Looks really good and I regret not getting into the PoP games last gen.

LOL, of course the TEV are being used, it's how the graphics are rendered, just because the graphics don't look good doesn't mean their not being used.

IF the gameplay/story mode are identical to the HD counter part, then really this game is for the people who only own a wii and really have no other option if they want to play the game, otherwise most people who own  more than 1 console will simply play it on their HD console, more so if said HD console is plugged into a HD TV.

But at least UBI is trying on the wii, unlike the rest of the industry.

Hell Yeah!!!

That looks awsome! And the best part? We will probably get not 1, but 2 great PoP games this year!

the only problem i have is that we are 3.5 years into the wii life cycle and i should not be seeing games that look worse than their gamecube counterparts
