I saw Intell and instantly I was out. I prefer AMD by far even if the speed on paper is slower I almost always get better performance out of them. I'm a AMD and Radeon person and that's not gonna change so no I don't like your PC's specs!

On seriousness, it's fine... should run just about anything out there, though if it's windows vista upgrade the ram asap cause vista uses a lot of memory in idle...(about 45% of 2GB)

AMD and Radeon were choice 3 years ago...but since then Intel's Core 2 Duo processors and Nvidia's higher graphics card simply perform better than AMD and ATI.

I have both an AMD processor and Radeon card currently...but it's just strict numbers and framerates...the other guys are better.

Bet with disolitude: Left4Dead will have a higher Metacritic rating than Project Origin, 3 months after the second game's release.  (hasn't been 3 months but it looks like I won :-p )

AMD's Agena does currently lose to Intel's Penryn, but the RV670 chips released by AMD recently are $210 (3870) for greater performance than a 2900XT ($400+) and half the power consumption. Nvidia's only competitor is slightly faster, $100 more on the street and seriously out of stock. The 3850 at $180 has no competitor to speak of from Nvidia.

Ubuntu. Linux for human beings.

If you are interested in trying Ubuntu or Linux in general, PM me and I will answer your questions and help you install it if you wish.

Is this one of those threads where you actually want to know if its any good or are you just fishing? You know like a guy comming into a car forum and telling everyone that your dad just bought you a Porsche 911 Camen and are wondering if its any good. You know what I mean. If you are serious, it sounds to me like you have a pretty good system. Mine is half as powerful Video Card wise and I can run Bioshock so I think you are set.

Cool. It should be here in a week or so, i can't wait =D

A single 8800 GT would be cheaper and faster than a pair of 8600 GTs, but otherwise it's a solid system.

Sounds like a very good system if you ask me! Quad Core is good, really really good for games like Crysis and Bioshock. You will b able to play everything fine at high settings basically (save crysis lol).

When you see prices in €s they almost always include taxes.

My Mario Kart Wii friend code: 2707-1866-0957

I changed my order, i got the same one but changed the 2 x 8600 with one "VGA GIGABYTE GF8800 GT 512MB PCX".

I hope i did the right thing or i'll have to change my order again lol =P

Yeah an 8800 GT is good.

You will be significantly better off, you will now enjoy crysis at high detail in DX9 with little to no problems.
