@western please don't ever do that again if have not play the game plz don't even speak about man. The game us the best of all time tied with MGS4. I don't to talk shit but WTF if u don't have the game how can u think it's not good?

Anyway YES is the game that makes u get a ps3. Is that simple is the beat there is with mgs4. These are the games that go into gaming history as perfect, outstanding, and simply the best. Also listen yo ppl only that HAVE the damn game don't listen to opinions about how a game could be. God of war one and 2 can't even be compare in the same scale as these one U better get it

He asked for an opinion, I gave it.  If I came in and said the game blows, get Bayonetta then you would have every right to demand that I be banned for blasphemous speak but I didn't do that.  I made it clear I haven't played the game and just game my honest thoughts which is what he was asking for.

Note that I'm not even saying anything bad about the game or series, I'm just saying:

1. Why does a game have to be outstanding to get it?
2. I think Bayonetta is the better game and should give that a go instead (though both are good).  It's fun to branch out every now and then (like I'm even doing with the God of War series).

^the guy is asking for GOWIII player's opinions. I referred him to Amazon user comments and you told him you are playing GOW1 and would rather play Batonetta...yeah, well...ok....

There are two ways you can take actual players:

1. People who have actual played the game
2. People who are actually players or gamers, not reviewers.

I oviously chose #2, if he wants the other he'll have to be more specific. 

look, I can afford to buy the game I just dont know if Ii want to spend the money. I go to grad school and it aint cheap, my wife goes to college, and that isnt cheap either. I just want to be cautious of where my money goes. I can imagine the god of war III is awesome. I have the remade version of god of war I&II and both of those are good. I just find that someimes it is difficult to trust what websites say in their reviews.

Go buy GOW3 and witness a whole new level of story telling, graphics, gameplay, and scope, also forget what that other guy said about Bayonetta it sucks in comparison to GOW3.

Unless you're a hack and slash fan or have extra money and want to fill your collection up, I would say rent it. Or play the first two and then decide, they are worth the $30 you'll pay for the Collection.

Edit: Oh, just saw that you already have the collection. I really like the first a lot personally. I guess take the way the first two games play, make them look better and finish the story in 8 1/2 to 10 hours, if that seems worth $60 to you I say go for it!

Not sure. I haven't played it yet. It is sitting on my shelf collecting dust until I finish the FF XIII Platinum which should be today, hopefully.

Then you should trust people who have actually played the game itself.

People who HAVE played it tend to think it is amazing and would advise you to buy it. Especially if you played and enjoyed the first 2.

If money is REALLY tight... Rent it.
