just look at the to 10, 3 new ps3 games to play, and 2 new 360 games to play.

So Final Fantasy XIII has already sold over 3 million copies worldwide, the real question is whether it will have the same legs as previous FF games, since it seems that fans aren't being very vocal this time around.

I'm pretty shocked that sales aren't skewed more towards the PS3 version however, with it being the far superior version of the game. I was expecting a 3:1 ratio.


Prediction: PS3 sales will consistently remain close to 200k per week for a couple months, even without big releases, in part due to the recent onslaught of games, but also because of supply constraints.

Yeah, no matter what people say... these final fantasy numbers are not that good, imo.
I expected much bigger numbers. In fact... MUCH bigger numbers.

DS is a force of nature - unstopable. Wii is doing fine. Ps3 was okay and 360 is not doing so good in others. PSP, while not dead in hardware, is dead in software except in japan.

Really fine numbers for PS3 and Wii. I'm surprised to see a 300$ console selling so well. Final Fantasy numbers... near the fail, IMO. And Mario Bros Wii got a bump this week!

But this game was one of the bigger games this gen. So, to me, these "good numbers" are not nearly good enough.

PS360 are pretty low, though. I think I remember there being a period when Others hardware was consistently higher than Americas hardware... I wonder how that reversed so hard.

I was laughed at when I said it before, but Just Dance is really going to become Ubi's best selling game this gen.
