The Vitality Sensor would have worked really great in the game Ju-On the Grudge. It was controlled with just the Wiimote and it measured your fear somehow.

Sadly this game (or better fright simulator) is already done ... Maybe they make a Ju-On 2.

I reckon a lie detector game willl work well, Wii lie? when you tell a lie your pulse speeds up a tad and it will pick up that change thus knowing you're not telling the truth.
