One intrepid poster at the popular Internet message board 4chan claims to have overheard Richard Marks, creator of much of the Move technology, at a Sony event in New York City today say that the “higher-ups” at Sony aren’t happy with the name “sub-controller.” The name being purportedly being tossed around by Sony is “Navigator.”

“Navigator” sounds like an appropriate name as the sub-controller enables players to navigate their in-game avatars, but it’s likely to be just one of many names Sony is considering. Whether Navigator will be the sub-controller’s new name or not, we’re pretty sure it won’t stay named “sub-controller” much like the “PlayStation Motion Controller” was renamed PlayStation Move. I wish from the bottom of my heart that motion control on both HD systems will crash and burn so we don't start appeasing the casual fanbase. Someone's going to have to put their foot down, or games will constantly be dumbed down to reach a larger target audience.

And then gaming as we know it will be basically what the wii is going through.

no not yet I expect the proper date to be released at E3, hopefully, so you can bet I will be the first to post info on it's release date as soon as I know, and any other cool games announcements for the PS Move will be in here come E3.

Sony should redesign the browser to be usable with the Move, maybe with some of the fancy functionality from the tech demo shown on the Engadget show!
