My launch Elite refused to do me this favor...I ran the darn thing 24-7 for a long time, to no luck...I still have another month under warranty tho, so there is still hope...problem is that I don't use it, since getting my new MW2 elite.

It is sorta weird that people are celebrating that his 360 RROD. I'll just make that observation.

why do you guys want to RROD your console?!

^^^ Well, even if there wasn't the solid possibility of a RROD of this older model, the POWER usage on these older consoles are SO MUCH more than the newer model, so from an environmental perspective, we should cheer everytime another gets reeplace...Not to mention the energy prices currently...50kW makes a difference.

Well make sure you install games on your next Xbox 360 Elite.

Reminds me of when I got my first RROD ever and it was on my launch Elite. It was a happy day for me as well. Congrats to everyone who gets a RROD before their warranty expires.

Pretty Low. They fixed alot of the problems with the 360 with the falcon revision. And the Jasper Model was just iceing on the cake. This is just personal experience but i have fixed dozens of xbox's in the last few years and almost all of them are Zenon, or Zephyr models. Ive only fixed 1 falcon unit. So take that with a grain of salt but i would say that result is pretty typical

My 20 GB from February 2008 hasn't RROD yet, should I be upset then?
