It seems so. They come in the form of a Wii rip off to serve as a quick cash in I suppose.

I looked it up.

Apparantly Sega licensed its brand name and some Megadrive games to some random company that makes a Wii-ripoff. so this is not made by Sega, it only has the Sega brand and some licensed 16-bit Sega games.

So, there is a new Sega console, just not the way I wanted it to be.

I really doubt that SEGA would be licensing their own precious Brand name and games from their 16-bit catalog to some company without knowing the final result.

Zone Sega is pretty much an outsourced Sega console.
