I love the PSP, but 100+ million? Nope.
80 million is a tough bet as well. I'm think 70 million to 75 million. That's after about 2 more years of support.
The successor will be announced this year. Along with a revision to the Go platform.

I think it will top out at 70-75 Million.
It will recieve a huge pricecut at E3 briging it to $100, and the next PSP will be out at the end of the year in Japan.

at least its sold pretty well.
Though I would love for it to reach 100million I don't see it doing more than 85 million max.
