Actually I'm not a retard, I know that it's a part of the west and I know Demon's Souls was released there. For some reason I wrote the west when I meant Europe, I was just trying to cover it up with a really bad joke.

It wasn't the focus of the article at all! It was about Sony regretting not bringing Demon's Souls over. Then making the assumption that somehow a SCEJ exec has Atlus's shipment information and the game is overtracked.

Actually, I posed a question about overtracking, and it seemed we reached a good answer in the thread (it's likely Sony published sales = meaning SCEJ+SCEK+SCEC).  If I wanted to talk about the article, I'd have posted it in the proper forum.  But thanks for coming in and shitting up the thread a little more with your own insightful contribution. <3

And uh... wouldn't SCEJ have Atlus' shipment information?  They're the license holder who Atlus USA worked with?
