Wow!! That's a significative upgrade of the Unreal Engine. The vegetation and water effects are incredibly well done.

My guess is GOW3 = "green hell" experience

It reminds me of the Killzone 2 pre-release video. I suspect its not possible but they could surprise us, especially with them taking 3 years on a system which is already so very familiar to them.
