It's a Wii game, at the most it'll likely cost maybe 10 million (the average Wii game is like 5 million, while the average HD game is around 15 million I'm saying 10 million because it's a fairly big game and SE isn't shy with throwing a lot of money in a game, especially DQ), so putting the game on the PS3 would just guarantee more money for SE, it's not going to cost a whole lot more and even if the PS3 version sells only 1 million (which should be easily done in just Japan) that's still guaranteeing SE some more money.

...except they'd have to make a completely unique version of the game for the PS3.  And, what people need to understand, there will be people who debate about purchasing the game because there's two versions.  One so called 'inferior' Wii version and one more graphically superior but possibly lacking in content PS3 version.  Whenever there's 2 versions of any game, there's always going to be the question of which is better.  Look at FFXIII and the controversy over that.  Imagine now if there was a PS3/Wii game....imagine the arguing over which was 'better'.  Especially since the game was developed first for the Wii.

Well obviously there not going to make the PS3 version a real HD version of the game it'll just be a port of the Wii with the bad graphics. If they made DQX HD on the PS3 then they wouldn't be spending there time right now working on the Wii version since it'd be so much work to do the PS3 version.

I can see this happening a lot when the PS Move comes out, some Wii games will be ported to the PS3, not as HD but just an exact version of the Wii game.

Don;t think its gonna happen.  Then again, you can always laugh in my face if it does happen.  But not likely at all.
