LOL, so natal is going to be free? So you have to buy a 60 USD game for PS3 but not for 360? And why would an hdmi cable be more expensive for PS3? 4 Wii-motes+ nunchucks for 20 USD? Whoever wrote that is an idiot.

Why was this even posted here, by a moderator no less??

The article is a joke but most of the things you pointed out are right there in the piece if you actually read it.

They have Natal listed for $100. No controllers necessary.

The 360 includes games, the PS3 does not.

The cabling issue is bizarre. No explanation for that. Besides, anyone who spends more than $3 on an HDMI cable needs to be throat-punched because they are RETARDED.

The Wiimotes are listed under the regular controllers (hence the much higher controller price for the Wii).

HDMI and Component cables are the official cable prices at what Amazon calls list price. All 3 cables can be found for ~$3 online with good quality. I will say, I came so close to listing an HDTV with the PS3 & X360.

If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy

There is so much wrong with this:
A) 4 controllers? How many average people would buy 4 controllers? Less PS3/360 games are having split-screen, especially with more than 2 people.
B) People only pay for XBL for 1 year? No, they pay for it for a few years, at least 3 years would be a fairer number.
C) What is with the difference in HD Cable costs?
D) We have no confirmed price for Natal, and why would someone buy 4 normal AND 4 motion controllers for the PS3. That isn't what the average consumer would do and this chart should be for the average consumer.
E) Why would people buy 4 of the starter pack for PS3 Move. They wouldn't want 4 of the same game, or 4 EyeToys. For just the motion controller (would people even need Nunchucks for all of the controllers), you would probably only spend $30-40.
F) Both Wii and Xbox 360 controllers need batteries, which can need to be replaced more than once per month. That cost adds up.

Unbiased price chart is biased.

The article is off a little, but for all those people who see xbox not needing a game and ps3 needing one,...maybe it is because xbox bundles include games. The new elite is a prime example of that. halo and forza.

The cable issue may be the official cable that each console offers.

WTF?

PS3 requires user to buy one game? Why isn't that a requirement for the 360? Or go play the games in Home if you must.

Wii online is only free the first 6 months? O_o

HD Cable? As in 'HDMI cable'? Why is there a price difference for PS3 and 360?

And basing the price for four PS Move controllers on the starter kit seems pretty stupid. That thing comes with a camera and a game, and depending on what game you want to play, getting the sub-controller might not be needed.

And why is the 4th motion controller for Wii only a WM+? Wouldn't you still need an extra remote and nunchuck?

Super This.

I am the Playstation Avenger.

Id have to disagree, you should count the xbox live cost for the number of years it has been out, people dont just buy it for one year and what if they have more than one person who uses that xbox or more than one account and whats up with the difference in the HDMI cabes. You can get an HDMI cable, L2,R2 triggers and a bluetooth headset for, $60 in america or 24 euros. Thats even lower than the cost of one HDMI cable according to nordlead. http://www.game.co.uk/Accessories/PlayStation-3/Gioteck-Online-Essentials-Pack-for-PS3/~r344885/

I Hate the fact that all these pillows are contaminated by retard!!
