I'm a little surprised with the "1st party loophole" that Microsoft and Nintendo haven't done MLB games yet. They're really letting SCEA corner the market thanks to 2K's ineptitude.

2K only has MLB exclusivity among 3rd parties. Any 1st party publisher can get the MLB license for a baseball game.
