sorry about my terrible english :P

Hi, my son is very, very young, I cant thrust my son to PS3, since there´s soo much violence, sex and nerds online, so, I will make ONLY Wii available to him, Am I right?

Your the parent it is up to you to pick what is right and wrong for him. But I agree anways if that helps

No way wrong decision! He could play LittleBigPlanet, Gran Turismo, etc. on the PS3 for sure!

Depending on the kids age both of these games are not easy and you will find that on the Wii

If your son is so young he shouldnt be playing online anyway.

And there is violence in almost every game, tv show, etc... that is what makes it fun for us males, your kid probable plays some "violent"(not videogames) games with his friends, its part of growing like a normal kid if the parent knows the limit to it.

So, Id let him play "E" rated games which arent exclusive to any console until he is like 12 when he can play whatever he wants(the 12 year old thing is because I consider a kid with a brain similar to mine wont suffer any mental disorder by playing games which are clearly fake, depends on the kid though).

This is good. Good job. You are a good parent

Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

Gaming on: PS4, PC, 3DS. Got a Switch! Mainly to play Smash

The Wii online can be filled with ruthless swearing people as well!

Do you even have the slightest idea what you're talking about? You dont even own a Wii! Most Wii online games have no voice chat or method of communication at all, and the ones that do (from my experience) rarely have people who actually talk. Stop talking crap.

Check out my pyro tf2 vid :)

Bet With routsounmanman: By the end of Q1 2008 Capcom WONT have announced a RE5 Wii Edition OR a new RE (classic gameplay) for the Wii (WON)

No, you are acting irresponsible.

No matter which console, parents have to take care what their kids play. There are plenty of violent Wii games, just like there are a lot of games suited for kids on the PS3.

You should decide on a per game basis what your kid is allowed to play, not on a per console basis.

Yes, you are right, I fogot to mention that I will be following him on what games to play, like ERSB and age... he´s less than 1 year old :)

PSN: franco-br
MGS4, GH, MW2, GT5p, WipeoutHD, etc..etc..

most (if not all) consoles have paretntal controls linked to the regions ratings system these days.
not enough people either know about it or use it imo.

i turn it on to piss off my wife lol

Proud Sony Rear Admiral

Well, if he is 1 year old I dont see why he would be playing videogames, take him outside or buy him cool toys.

I was saying that its not an impossiblity. It would be idiotic to suggest that there arn't people on Wii online who are disruptive. Yes. Thats not relevant, ive played online with it and unfortunatly expierinced simlarities to both XBL and PSN. Thats good to know, however, there are still online games on the Wii have voice chat. What? When ive played online ive heard people talking. Thats the whole idea of teamwork which is vital in online games....LOL, Stop talking crap.

i woudnt let him play anything...too many games for young kids nowadays, their losing their innocence way to fast
