I agree, it's not cool to celebrate the delay/failure of a game just because it's not for your system. You'll only fuel the annoying console wars.

Well i for one can say that i am waiting for Nights, Brawl, Mario Kart, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, No more heroes, day of disaster, Project O (about the king and his servants), Zack and Wiki, Soul Caliber Legends, PES 2008 and some other titles that will appear in europe in 2008.Note that these are the ones that i am ssure to get, as there are otheres that i have heard of and am thinking of getting. How about you and your games for 2008?

Edit: Notice that i didn't mention any major games that came out this year for the Wii. And i have yet to buy Re:UC, SMG, MP3, GH3, BW II, Dragon blade: wrath of fire.....i have a lot of games to play now and next year. You on the other hand are trying to not answer my question. I asked what games is an owner of a PS3 looking out for in the year 2008? Answer this question.

I never said they were abandoning the engine... There's just this source that's saying they are having a little more 'trouble' with mastering it to optimalise it to the PS3's capabilities... Which would implement a delay... (Read post 1)

Oh yeah, who's happy that FF13 got delayed? From what i can tell most people are irritated or making jabs at the "PS3 domination starts with" quote. It would be wise to point out that until ckmlb came and posted his....subjective feelings on the matter this thread was quite normal. I mean: show me the post i which someone is going "hahahahahah it got delayed, sucks for you ps3 owners". Especially you ckmlb.

Somebody asked for the source of the rumour. The link I posted is the source. It is a report of the SE 2Q shareholders conference where SE president said the speculation about the white engine being cancleled was false. This is what SiliconEra are commenting on in their article. You might want to check up on things before you post.

It's not so much that people are happy that it's delayed as people are sick of Sony fanboys running around saying that FFXIII is going to be the greatest thing since sliced bread and that it will carry the system and blah blah blah.

^ you misunderstood, that's what i'm talking about. I wanted to point out that we had a normal thread in which we wondered what other bad news we might hear and suddenly ckmlb comes up and picks a fight with everyone. not very "moddish".
