Easily Eminem, Lil Wayne is one of the reasons rap music is in a horrible decline. He is also one of the reasons I stopped listening to it.

Lil Wayne pre-Tha Carter 3. Eminem is great, but he's like Jay Z to me. Both Great rappers, but they don't make great albums (Lil Wayne's only made 3 out of 7).

I don't like either of them, or even Rap in general, but I can give an opinion without being a troll. And believe me, it's not that hard.

I'll go for Eminem. He's probably the most talented rapper of the last decade.
