I don't see this being expensive at all. Some people already have an Eye and if Sony is smart, they sell Nuchuck + Arc in bundle at 50 bucks. Heck, even 60 bucks would be okay. that's juist the price of a new game. Looking at the numebr of the preorders of games, many people are willing to pay such price. Wiimote + Wii Nunchuck is about the same.

That would be one less game a player can buy. Instead of getting Arc + Nunchuk, the player could have bought a game to play with the dual shock.

Uhm, if there's a game coming out with those Arc-nunchuk thingies, then why wouldn't a player buy it. It's the same price, but he gets motion control ánd a game.

That was not the arguement.

Silver-Tiger's point was that the Arc+Nunchuk combination costs the same as a new game which is why people wouldn't mind paying for it. It did not mention anything about a game bundled with it.

MikeB predicts that the PS3 will sell about 140 million units by the end of 2016 and triple the amount of 360s in the long run.

True, but that seems so obvious to do though (to me >_>)

I agree that would be the way to go as well. A killer game bundled with Arc/Nunchuk/Both and a reasonable price would definitely be the best chance for Arc to succeed.

So its a Wii-mote/nunchuck clone. Nice.

its not a clone if its the same thing. i've heard rumors you will be able to use the wii-mote/nunchuck for your ps3 (damn no shifty eyes emoticons available)

Because the Wii Sensor Bar is totally a PlayStation Eye. I suppose Natal is too for that matter, will we be able to use our Wii Remotes and Arcs on 360?

Lol Sony is pretty much directly copying the Wiimote and nunchuck and using their existing PS Eye tech to do it.  At least MS is doing something different than just making a copy cat controller.

And how exactly is Natal so different from the Eyetoy? Get over it dude, both Arc and Natal are devices that improves on existing tech, they only differ in execution

Pretty much. Wasn't the sixaxis a response to Wii's motion sensing? I guess they just admitted the sixaxis was a failure.

Lol.... so after all we are getting the Wii HD x)
