Don't know really. I was on a number of different gaming sites but this is the only one I am still active on. Almost 2 years now, that went quickly.

Of course you get the same sorts regardless of the site but a few of "balanced" posters made this site interesting. They have now all gone but have been replaced by equally "balanced" posters....almost.

I remember now. There was an interesting poster - can't recall his name but his avatar was James Brown (singer - deceased).
I wanted to respond to a couple of his/her posts.

I was looking for bugrichartz actually, this is as close as I could find.

Edit: Also when I joined trashleg was putting up a bunch of drunken posts, I then found out she was a good lookin' Scottish girl. So I thought to myself "Self, this place has to be pretty cool, they haz girls!"

Was browsing a cheerleader site and somehow got linked over to this page.

Someone recommended this site to me from another forum. Me and him were basically the only two people defending the Wii back in early 2007 when he said I should look around here, the community would be much better.

I eventually joined when some noob was horribly wrong and I had to respond.

2 reasons:

1) I needed to join to look at all of the sales charts

2) After reading the forums briefly, I saw that smart asses were accepted.

A friend of mine told me about this site because I used to refer to a nexgen site that gave inaccurate numbers. 18 months later, a forum I regularly visited was crumbling at the seems and I need a new community to talk about games and such.

I just wanted to chime in on all of the gaming topics and to get other people's opinions

The idiots on N4G kept slating this website and it's numbers because at the time the PS3 was getting trounced and they said it was wrong.
I figured any site they hated must be worth it. the 360 and ninty threads were less trolled than on N4G and I wanted discussion.
