ugh...just finished ch7 and its gettin annoying when I have to walk all the way out side a dungeon after I clear it

why don't you use an escape hex?  Easier then walking out and cheap enough that it's worth it if you ask me.

because i usually dont have a heal kit on anybody so I dont have access it.

I really like how companies such as Square and Tri-Ace are figuring out that it's well worth it to try new things.
If I wasn't so frugal, I'd probably go and pick this up posthaste.
