“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

What about customers who didn't link their PS3s over a network (remote location, offline only console, no internet subscription at home)?

They'll be left in the dark?
Sony will ship firmware update on a DVD upon request?

Dont' know Neoraf, firmware update shipping is a solution, you could also get them at your game's dealer.

I expect them to treat their customers as good as MS did with RROD.
