Ok... I got my Disgaea3 trophies back.

I had to launch the game so it reinstalled trophy data. However, after doing so it showed that I had 0% of the trophies. Then I resynced with the servers and it got my trophies back on the XMB.

Ok. You actually still have all of your trophys....they just aren't showing up on your PS3. I just re-earned a trophy I had before and synced to the server, and it didn't count.
