go to playstation UK and log in with your playstation account and look at your trophies they are all there. All mine are. I looked on that site because they are up to date more than the US one.

I know how to avoid having your trophies glitch though. When you have your game launched. Do NOT try to access PSN. Or it will disappear. You can still earn trophies offline just fine.
