My ps3 controller doesn't work it got wet yesterday and only the ps button works.

I know it only does everything but you really shouldnt swim while playing it!

This but take the battery out first so you have a spare.

Friend of mine shocked his controller with static (its very dry here) and it stopped working.

How did it get wet? Are you sure you registered it to the Ps3? With all new controllers only the Ps button flashes until you register it.
