You may argue that the college student desires to have sex, but I will point out that the student does not desire to have sex out of a desire for the same sex, but for money. I'm sure there are a lot of things we do for money, but don't necessarily want to do. Sex or no sex, when you are sexually ATTRACTED to someone of the same sex, you are gay. So enough of this bullshit or closeting yourself, by reassuring your sexuality by just your actions. |
Except that's different, because that's not consensual at all. If you choose to have sex with someone, that's something different entirely.
And to answer the thread, no. Dicks are icky.

It's still consenting to sex, even if for money. No one is forcing him to have a butt orgy or bukkake, he's just volunteering for it. There's no way around it.

But is he sexually attracted to the same sex?

He may very well be. But then again, I'll likely never understand what will compel a straight person to have gay sex with someone else. And I don't think I ever will.

Last I heard of, it was still true. And some straight guys stay in the field for the money. A few years ago, I was at a friend's place, and we watched this on-demand show that went into the details of starring in porn. There are a lot of guys who want to get into straight porn. (From this point, any dollar figures I mention are about 5 years old.) It was that being a male in straight porn would pay about $200-300 per scene. If that's not enough for you, then begone, we'll take the next person in the queue. But, since fewer males were willing to do this, they would start at $1000/scene, though it would typically be between $1500-2000/scene. Someone who makes their living in porn knows this difference, and they have to decide if it's worth it.
And yes, the shortage of guys does mean getting your "head" in the door in gay porn is easier. As an inexperienced person, you'll be closer to the $1000 end, but all it takes is a good couple of scenes that might get the director's attention for a straight porn. Of course, I would pass up said straight porn, but the best pay for straight porn is when you're contacted by the director. (Even then, it's rarely over $500/scene...)

See, I just don't see how the rubbing of organs somehow changes the complex nature of your sexuality. I just do not see it. I think sexuality is here *points to brain*, and skins touching each other don't change the composition of it.

Except the whole point of sexuality is that you have sex with your sexual organs (a new record for the word "sex" in one sentence). In fact, that's a great big cop-out. If I go around having gay sex all the time and starring in gay pornos, but I keep telling myself that I'm straight, does that make me straight? No. Actions speak louder than words. People are defined by their actions, not how they think. If someone is agreeing to have gay sex, they're gay to some degree.

What I was going for was that it was a copout NOT to have gay sex, and convince yourself that you're straight, even though you're horny for other money.
That's what CLOSET-homosexuals are (although the term has expanded into those who simply keep their sexual acitivities a secret as well)
