Forums - Sony - PS3's 'existing franchises' to get motion control

Sony's VP of worldwide studios has revealed that the firm's 'existing franchises' are to get PS3 motion control support this year.

Speaking to CVG sister publication Official PlayStation Magazine, Michael Denny said that it was "important to us as the first party studio, as the flagship for PlayStation, that we're always pushing innovation".

Resident Evil 5 and LittleBigPlanet were shown at last year's Tokyo Games Show working with motion control.

When asked by OPM which titles we could expect to see working with Arc this year, Denny replied:

"We are both working on new games and looking at applications to our existing franchises."

What from Sony's stable would you like to see work with motion control, readers? Resistance, maybe? God Of War? Motorstorm?

Or perhaps the question should be what would you not like to see?

but yea i can imagine resistance and killzone with motion controls also ratchet and clank :D

Around the Network

Resistance would be cool, but I'd like an FPS where both controls relate to the front and back of the gun, so limp wristed kids would be awful shots while looking down the sights.

Please... Keep it away from KZ3...

Put Conduit-level controls on Killzone 2 and you just sold one more copy of that game Sony.
