Ok i have a PS3 and It's collecting dust atm.

I'm looking at GoW3 and I'm thinking yea this looks cool but i have a couple of questions.

First, and MOST important, is this thing all quick time events? QTE are the worst thing in video games, after over done cut sceens, for me anyways. So is this game mostly QTE? I know there in there but I will over look them if there not most of the game.

Second. Do I need to play GoW1 and 2 before 3?

Ok I guess I only had 2 questions lol. Not too bad. The game looks awesome and I would like a reason to play my PS3 becides Demon's Souls. But again too many QTE is a killer for me so any info would be great. Thanks.

You must have hated RE4 then...

In general QTE's are completely avoidable except for bosses, and that is for finishing moves mainly. It's nothing game breaking, even if you don't like them, because the timing is not too tight, so your rate of failure should be low in general.

And you should play GOW 1 and 2, not to understand the story or something like that (although, that is a very good reason), but just because they are two of the finest games in history. Besides, the games are not too long and have a very good price. Why the hell wouldn't someone play them?
