Alright a little while ago NGamer stated that Nintendo's media summit would be bigger then E3 09/08 combined. This got my heart racing and totally hyped up the summit. But now that the summit is rapping up in the US and we saw nothing actually new the question begs for an answer. Was the Summit really as big as even a single E3 and if so was it as big as the last two E3's combined?
In the end the Summit simply announced the release dates for some software namely MarioGalaxy2 and Metroid the other M. It also announced some new info on Monster Hunter Tri as well as a couple other games. But was this really as big as E3?
I know the last two E3's have been pretty lack luster but E3 2009 did unviel Metroid and Mario's next outings as well as unvieling NewSuperMarioBros:Wii. Did the summit actually eclipse that?
Also do you think tomorow's European Summit will have anything that the American summit did not? If so do you think that this Summit will surpas E3 once the European event ends?
I just want your input?
