Best Buy, Target, WalMart, Gamestop, Vintage Stock, Costco, and many other retailers; at least one the store that sales electronics will have'em.

There are more than enough Online Stores that are selling $299 PS3s as we speak, you just have to search.

So what if they have to store browse? It's been done a millions times before, no big deal really.

I highly doubt PS3 $299 is in complete drought.



  • 2010 MUST Haves: WKC, Heavy Rain, GoWIII, Fable III, Mass Effect 2, Bayonetta, Darksiders, FFXIII, Alan Wake, No More Heroes 2, Fragile Dreams: FRotM, Trinity: SoZ, BFBC2.
  • Older Need To Buys: Super Mario Bros. Wii, Mario Kart Wii, Deadspace, Demon's Souls, Uncharted 2.

There is definitely more to list that I want, but that's my main focus there.

Is that the one without a harddrive, Bluetooth, Blu-ray drive and built in wifi? (oh wait no, thats 360's Arcade)

It's weekly.

But there is a 6-7 day lag between the end of the sales week and the posting of the numbers. They aren't telepaths you know, they've got to receive the sales data from their worldwide sources then put it through their estimatron 2000 before they can post numbers, and that includes SW sales.

Oh well, at least from a PS3 fan's perspective, even with the HW shortages, the PS3 is killing with its SW, almost equal to the 360 in terms of week to week SW so i'm not going to complain.

Not really. You can only get GOW3 on PS3 so everyone who wants it will wait to buy a ps3.

Nintendo is suffering shortages too. Microsofts the only one with sufficient stock. Shortages happen all the time you'll find Sony will meet demand soon enough just like Nintendo will. Keep in mind Sony didn't expect such a boost in sales. What if Sony had manufactured millions of units just to find demand wasn't there?

Its better to lack stock then  be over stocked!

I don't think that this is a severe blow, But I do believe that they should restock before april. That would boost sales even more.
