It is development right now...u remember when PSU revealed that Ar Tonelico 3, Grandia 4, and Legend of Dragon were SONY's secret RPG's..month Later AT3 was revealed!... I expect LOD2 to be revealed at E3 or TGS this year with Grandia 4

Very slim. Sony would have to be making a lot of money right now and are willing to take some risks with games (especially a JRPG). The Legend of Dragoon did fairly poor in Japan so the main market would probably be the west which is not good because most of the West has converted to FPS.
