I chose Europe as well. It's the place I've explored more thoroughly :P I've been to many different places and my country,Greece, and Italy have a special place in my heart.

I pick Austrailia. I hope they get better soon!

Roman Catholicism isn't exclusively European based. While many things were incorporated from pagan religions/beliefs of Southern Europe, the actual content of the religion originated in the convergence of old world continents that is the middle east. I guess since Europeans(especially Romance Europeans though of course some Slavic, Baltic, and Hellenic peoples as well) are the main source of the religion it could be considered European oriented as of today.

As for me, I chose Europe as that has been both the homeland of some recent ancestors of mine(such as my grandmother) and the homeland of some distant ancestors. I have a connection with Europe, and my country(the United States) is based off of Western(Greco-Roman) values. I do also have a connection with the land of the U.S, but that connection is more of a ownership type rather than a romanticized one. I enjoy the strong cultural values and nationalistic ethnic identity that you would find in European countries when compared to the Globalized nature of the United States. The rest of the continents I either have no direct or indirect connection to, or they are a place that I personally would like to live despite what ethnic(though of course non relevant to my person) value they may have.

South America, I guess if you had put north america and south america toghether then it couldve won.

Please use spell check. Australia and South America are both spelled wrong.

OT: North America

Here's how I think about it:

Let's say you thought North America was the best continent (since it has the best country ever in it, the United States). So to answer whether it is truly the best continent, think about this. If someone put the name of every country in that continent on different pieces of paper, and threw them in a hat, what are the chances you'd get a country that has a stable government and economy and good living conditions? A lot lower than Europe. If that's the method you're going for, then it's Europe. If you're counting significance and contributions to the world in modern times, it's Europe again (although the U.S. has done quite a bit).

So yeah, I'd go with Europe.

But in North America you have Canada, Mexico and USA, all of them have a stable goverment and good living conditions(you could argue Mexico doesnt but depends on the bar you use to measure), so I dont see where the "a lot lower than Europe" comes from.

Antarctica... its a continent too...

Although it will soon turn to water as temperatures continue to rise and all the wildlife there will die a horrible death of drowning.

Good times ahead

I was made in Europe.... I think, depends where they you know...

But, yeah, Europe.
