With that said, I cry all the time.

Shadow of the Colossus' ending had me depressed for about a week. So did Resistance 2's cliffhanger but they didn't make me cry. FFVII ALMOST had me when i went back and played it when Aerith died. Was so sad. And almost cried from nostalgia in Crisis Core FFVII
Most recently, Lost Odyssey when Lirum died. I was honestly surprised and how hard that hit me. I'm sure others have too, just can't think of them right now.
Also, why MGS4? I felt is was a pretty happy game in the end.

Was it Lirum?
I know there have been a few movies I've gotten a little choked up over (Up comes to mind), two books have made me cry (Where the Red Fern Grows and Test of the Twins), but I don't think any games have made me cry.

Haha! Yep, I'll get teary eyed whenever I play Sky Sanctuary Zone in Sonic & Knuckles. But those are tears of "Man, this is how you make a videogame!", not tears of sadness.
@OT
Sorry, my tears are reserved for the Amon Hen scene in Fellowship of the Ring. Every time man, every time!
