It was actually The Elderscrolls that made me buy a 360 but in the back of my mind I also got a 360 because I knew that Bioware would release gems such as Mass Effect on it. But both The Elderscrolls and Bioware's games are multiconsole now so Microsoft better offer me something shiny nextgen or I might jump ship. They have Fable which is always good but if Sony can offer me one other AAA wRPG then it's fair game.

For me thats a big LOL, every multiplayer experience (that Ive played) surpasses it (Halo, Cod 4, Cod 5, MW2, RF Guerilla, GTA!V).

Halo 3 made me want a 360 as Id play the first two and wanted to know how the story ended (this was before I had Xbox Live)

I bought it for Halo 3. Gears of War just turned out to be the kick-ass icing on the cake.

Yup! A LOT different in my case! I have 4 games to the PS3 and 40 to the XBOX360, that's 36 differences and counting!

Halo. I bought my 360 on launch day so i didnt know any of these other games were coming out and i didnt care. I played halo 2 on my 360 until Gears 1 came out and then i started playing halo 3 when it launched.

I went with Gears, but Mass Effect was a close second and Halo obviously played a factor.
