idiots i tell you idiots!! people cannot and should not compare this game with GTA! If people want to compare it so badly compare it with Shenmue 1 and 2.

I played the demo and i think its great! fully pre-paid already ^^

I would suggest buying 1 and 2 for PS2 if you have one, they are on the cheap.

im definitely buying it after playing the first on my BC ps3 i cant wait to play 2 and 3 AND HOPEFULLY sega releases 4 in the US too!

comes out the same day as FF13. will be buying both on that day.

demo was mint, reminded me of shenmue for some reason, definitely getting this after GOW3

I didn't like the demo so i won't be buying this game at all.

I might buy it. To many good games coming up. decisons,decisions. lol

The combat system was pretty good and fun.
Graphics in cutscenes are nice, but very mediocre in gameplay (gave me a good laugh, cause the game was praised to be a graphical monster when it came out)
no Englisch VA sucks.

This is a problem that Japanese games these days suffer from.  Gameplay graphics do look good but cutscenes look much better.  This is jarring, especially since stuff like Uncharted 2 and FFXIII look just as good in gameplay as they do in the real time cutscenes.

I thought the demo was absolutely horrible.
